I believe life is a lot like a movie, it’s about the paths you take and adapt to, the context that influences the journey and about the stories you take with you that help you or stand in your way.

I believe that the strongest organizations are built on radical honesty and clear structures. My approach isn't “traditional HR”, but more about having conversations that help create environments where people can thrive because they can fully bring themselves to work, expectations are clear, the leadership is authentic and the strategy is inclusive.
