I work with high-capacity women who are used to being the strong one , in their families, careers and communities. Many of them are competent and accomplished, yet internally they feel stretched, over-responsible or disconnected from their own needs.
My experience is rooted in Co-Active coaching and years of personal and professional work around identity, cultural complexity, and leadership under pressure. Having lived across cultures and languages, I understand the tension between ambition, loyalty, expectation and self-expression.
What I offer is a structured yet human space for reflection, clarity and honest growth. Through powerful questioning and steady accountability, I help women strengthen self-trust, set clearer boundaries and make decisions that feel aligned rather than reactive.
