Hi, my name is Maren and I am your 'go-to-mentor' for all people related topics!
When I can help individuals or teams grow and achieve their goals, I feel most comfortable and motivated. That's why I love my current job as an internal leadership trainer, coach and workshop facilitator at Leica Geosystems in Eastern Switzerland.

I spent most of my career in HR (recruiting and people development) in international environments in Ireland and Switzerland. Having moved to a new country twice, adapting to new environments quickly (from small startup to big corporates) and having worked with people from over 25 different countries helped me become the professional I am today – interculturally aware – aware how a positive mindset can help build relationships and achieve goals – and convinced that differences in teams are needed to grow.
