Whilst there are many approaches, I focus on leadership purpose & managerial skills, building resilience & trust, positive work culture & habits to enable and engage one another. I have worked with multiple organizations from various industries from Pharmaceutical, Retail, Beauty and GLCs. I’ve facilitated corporate training programs, leadership workshops, leadership retreat, mentored & coach rising young talents, and mobilized employee engagement programs for L’Oreal, Laura Mercier, Tohtonku, CIMB Bank, Petronas, Glaxosmithkline and many others.

My passion and mission is also to work with youths to guide and develop them in times of uncertainty and ambiguity. Whether it is entrepeneurial skills, crafting their resume, preparing for a job interview, or simply helping them discover their purpose and find some clarity to take that first step.
